Follow Peter and his friends as they romp and play, starting snowball fights and making snow angels in this celebration of childhood joys and the wonder of imagination. Packed with humor and fun, this production uses shadow puppetry and live-action to bring the stories of Ezra Jack Keats to life.

A classic since its publication in 1962, The Snowy Day was one of the first picture books for young people to feature stories about African-American children.

Important: All patrons (adults and children over 12) must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination prior to entrance to the theatre. In lieu of proof of vaccination, patrons must show results of a negative COVID PCR test taken within 72 hours of the performance.

All patrons must wear a face covering over mouth and nose while in the theatre. Vaccinated parents may bring children under the age of 12, provided they wear a mask and sit together as a pod.

General admission seating tickets on sale now. Junior Theatre will assign seating in "family unit" pods, spread throughout the audience to ensure proper social distancing. Best seating will be on a "first come, first served" basis, based on date of purchase. Pods will not be allowed to switch seats or move to different seating.
